Get to Know Back2Basics

Jeff Sipes incorporated Back2Basics in 2007.  The purpose of the company is to help small- to medium-sized North American manufacturers achieve their potential through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management approaches.

As the primary consulting resource for Back2Basics, Jeff works with client personnel from the top floor to the shop floor.  Having been around the manufacturing industry in both consulting and line management roles over the past four decades, he has seen and addressed a wide variety of manufacturing industry problems.

One of the key principles for Back2Basics method of serving clients is to assist client personnel to develop internal capability so the opportunity to achieve improvements and results is on-going…long after Back2Basics is gone.  That requires coaching, guiding, teaching and showing.  You can rest assured Jeff will roll up his sleeves on the shop floor or challenge the executive team when necessary.
